🎯 Requirements

• Passion about sports or collectibles • 6+ years of growth experience, ideally at a consumer company or marketplace where acquisition, activation, retention, and unit economics all mattered. • Scrappy and high-agency mindset, with a bias toward quickly launching experiments, learning from imperfect data, and scaling only what works. • Proven track record growing top-of-funnel user acquisition through paid, organic, influencer, referral, partnership, or community-led channels. • Strong consumer instincts, with the ability to understand what motivates collectors, identify sharp hooks, and turn those insights into campaigns that drive qualified signups. • Analytical operating style, with comfort owning CAC, conversion rates, channel payback, cohort quality, and experiment design.
