📋 Description

• Own and transform how Cohesity builds and activates its practitioner community • Define the community strategy • Build a world-class technology champions advocacy program • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success • Build and scale a structured technology champions program of advocates • Convert engaged customers and practitioners into active advocates • Align with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success • Build feedback loops across Sales, Field, and Partner teams • Design and build AI-powered bots and automation • Measure and grow community membership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community management or developer relations • Established influencer presence in enterprise data security and/or data management • Proven track record as a voice and industry influencer • Experience building and scaling advocacy or Champions programs • Strong cross-functional influence • Deep subject matter knowledge in enterprise data security, data governance, or compliance. • Active relationships with practitioners, bloggers, podcast hosts, and community leaders • Hands-on experience building or deploying AI bots and automation within community platforms
