📋 Description

• Map business needs, domains, and capabilities, translating them into technical requirements and solutions. • Define solution architecture, including architectural patterns, components, integrations, and communication flows. • Design solutions with performance, scalability, resilience, availability, and security in mind. • Evaluate and select technologies based on requirements, impacts, costs, and integration with the existing environment. • Analyze the solution’s impact on applications, data, security, and infrastructure. • Document architectures, flows, technical decisions, and opportunities for evolution. • Define metrics, monitoring, observability, and alerts to track solutions. • Identify technical risks and support the definition of mitigation actions. • Provide technical leadership to teams throughout solution definition and implementation. • Work on digital transformation and engineering projects focused on modernizing applications, architecture, software, data, and processes through artificial intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in solution architecture, systems integration, and process optimization projects. • Experience analyzing business, functional, and non-functional requirements. • Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, messaging, and integration patterns. • Familiarity with technologies and platforms such as Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, and cloud platforms. • Knowledge of information security, including authentication, authorization, and encryption. • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and code version control. • Knowledge of solution modeling and estimating infrastructure and licensing costs. • Experience working in agile development environments. • Systems thinking and strong critical-analysis skills. • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Strong communication and negotiation skills with technical and business stakeholders. • Ability to make technical decisions based on data, impacts, and constraints. • Strong organizational skills and clarity in solution documentation. • Technical leadership. • Preferred: experience with Transition Architecture. • Preferred: experience modernizing and migrating systems to new architectures. • Preferred: ability to assess the risks, impacts, advantages, and limitations of technology decisions.
