📋 Description
• Monitor and organize the commercial pipeline for the Zendesk and Blip initiatives. • Consolidate information on opportunities, proposals, and contracts, ensuring visibility for leadership. • Support AEs (Account Executives), AMs (Account Managers), and BDRs (Business Development Representatives) in commercial routines and operational alignments. • Ensure CRM information is kept up to date and standardized. • Prepare reports and dashboards on sales performance. • Support communication between internal teams (sales, marketing, CS/Customer Success, and operations) and external partners. • Participate in alignment meetings with partners (Zendesk and Blip) and support future expansion into other fronts (monday.com and Salesforce).
