📋 Description
• Administer and optimize Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules. • Configure earnings, deductions, pay groups, time codes, accruals, overtime rules, and pay policies. • Maintain payroll-related business processes, security roles, and integrations. • Monitor regulatory changes impacting payroll and timekeeping practices.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll experience. • Experience supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence. • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws. • Experience supporting audits and maintaining internal controls. • Proficiency in Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite preferred). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
