📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain occupational health and safety policies, defining goals, priorities, and responsibilities • Communicate the policy to employees • Monitor and evaluate results, implementing improvements and updates as needed • Analyze and assess work environments, facilities, and work processes • Identify risk factors for accidents, occupational diseases, and exposure to hazardous environmental agents • Participate in the selection of technologies and work processes, assessing implementation and impacts through Activity Analysis (ACT) and Ergonomic Work Analysis (AET) • Provide assessments and recommendations regarding equipment, machinery, and processes • Collect, organize, and analyze occupational accident reports (CAT) • Investigate and analyze accidents, determine their causes, and recommend prevention and control measures • Use statistical data on occupational diseases and accidents to adjust preventive actions • Implement occupational risk control measures through health and safety initiatives and programs • Provide guidance on measures to eliminate and mitigate risks • Select, control, provide guidance on, and monitor the use of collective and personal protective equipment (CPE and PPE) • Participate in the development of educational initiatives and training programs • Develop schedules, prepare training materials, and train internal facilitators • Prepare occupational health and safety reports • Develop the occupational health and safety management system manual • Ensure documents, standards, and legislation are kept up to date • Work as part of multidisciplinary occupational health and safety teams

🎯 Requirements

• Technical qualification in Occupational Health and Safety required • Previous experience in the construction industry preferred
