📋 Description

• Key Account Manager responsible for selling software, hardware, and services • Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded • Foster strong relationships with current customer accounts • Drive back to base sales growth through existing accounts • Provide consultative approach to customers in portfolio • Liaise with internal teams to improve customer experience • Maintain product portfolio awareness • Develop account plans • Meet/exceed sales and attrition targets • Maintain CRM database • Generate sales leads • Respond to sales inquiries • Close sales and prepare proposals • Provide excellent customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Proven 5 years + experience selling software solutions • Proven record in selling business application software • Relevant professional sales training and experience • A good degree of computer literacy and technical competency. • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce • High degree of self-motivation • Energy and enthusiasm • Honesty and integrity • Strong customer service mindset • Goal orientation • Professionalism and persistence with ability to overcome obstacles and setbacks • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communications skills • The ability to build and foster business relationships • Good understanding of technology and how it is applied in business • Demonstrable evidence of organising customer accounts and projection implementation.
