📋 Description

• Established and maintained a well-defined, prioritised product backlog with clear, unambiguous user stories that enable efficient delivery. • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing informed feedback on the product roadmap and ensuring development work aligns with strategic priorities. • Identified and evaluated opportunities to use AI and automation to improve customer outcomes, internal workflows and product decision-making, balancing value, feasibility and risk. • Developed a deep understanding of our customers, market and business objectives, using insights and data to inform product decisions. • Championed the voice of the customer throughout the product development process. • Ensured delivered features solved the intended customer or business problem by defining success measures and validating outcomes. • Used product and customer data to measure the success of new features and recommend iterative improvements. • Worked with the team to continuously review and optimise the process.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management/ownership experience with a SaaS product, preferably in a dynamic scaling market. • Strong technical understanding of the software development process, including in agile settings. • Able to independently identify, plan and manage work. • Experience with collaboration and wireframing tools such as Miro or Figma, and backlog management tools such as Jira. • Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • You must be comfortable with working in a remote-first environment
