• Will be responsible for a portfolio of consumer and banking litigation cases; • Handling of court orders and dockets; • Reading court publications and notices; • Drafting all pleadings and documents for the portfolio; • Negotiating and executing settlements; • Updating the firm’s and client’s case management systems; • Monitoring case progress and procedural follow-up; • Other routine activities related to the portfolio.
