📋 Description

• Will be responsible for a portfolio of consumer and banking litigation cases; • Handling of court orders and dockets; • Reading court publications and notices; • Drafting all pleadings and documents for the portfolio; • Negotiating and executing settlements; • Updating the firm’s and client’s case management systems; • Monitoring case progress and procedural follow-up; • Other routine activities related to the portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (J.D. or equivalent); postgraduate study in the field is desirable. • Active OAB/SP registration (Brazilian Bar Association — São Paulo chapter). • Experience in civil litigation and consumer law; • Experience with docketing/court order handling; • Agility and organization; • Ability to manage large volumes of work and urgent demands; • Strong oral and written communication skills; • Regular attendance and reliability; • High productivity; • Ability to work autonomously and within a team; • Leadership development and capacity building; • Team management and relationship skills; • Client and peer relationship management; • Institutional engagement and collaboration; • Good interpersonal skills; • Strong writing, communication, and logical reasoning abilities.
