📋 Description

• Handle high-volume labor (employment) litigation covering all procedural stages and court instances. • Draft procedural pleadings of medium to high complexity. • Conduct hearings. • Complete and update internal and client case management systems. • Other duties inherent to day-to-day law firm operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with all phases of litigation. • Law degree (complete); postgraduate specialization in the area preferred. • Strong organizational skills. • Autonomous, collaborative profile with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Reliability and a strong sense of urgency. • Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP).
