📋 Description

• Responsible for a judicial portfolio covering real estate and civil matters. • Drafting all pleadings and legal documents for the portfolio; • Negotiating and executing settlements; • Updating the firm’s and the client’s case management systems; • Monitoring case progress and procedural steps; • Other routine portfolio activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association); • Law degree (completed); postgraduate specialization in the area preferred; • Knowledge of Consumer Law and Civil Law; • Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory); • Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential; • Ability to work well in a team; • Good communication skills and professional demeanor; • Ability to handle high volumes and urgent demands; • Oral and written communication; • Reliability and consistent attendance.
