📋 Description

• Lead the marketplace strategy to achieve commercial targets • Collaborate with the product and merchandising teams to develop channel-right assortments • Lead the external advertising team and strategy to optimize consumer experience • Develop and execute seasonal search and display advertising strategy • Develop and present channel insights and future strategic initiatives to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study • 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in Amazon or a relevant digital retailer • Demonstrated record of successfully managing and growing a marketplace business • Experience managing an extensive, segmented product range • Experience creating and executing Amazon search and display ad strategies • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Excellent MS Office skills with a focus on analysis and presentation
