📋 Description

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular outreach and communication • Serve as the main point of contact for clients while anticipating and understanding their needs, as well as promptly addressing concerns • Deliver impactful presentations to clients at various levels, demonstrating the value of our products and services • Track and manage contractual commitments, ensuring timely delivery of services • Partner seamlessly with internal departments such as clinical services, operations and analytics to ensure coordinated efforts in meeting client expectations • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, accurately conveying client feedback and requirements • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on client needs and market trends • Engage directly with members of the community to understand their needs, concerns and preferences • Leverage community feedback to inform strategic decisions and initiatives within the organization • Maintain a strong presence in the community, demonstrating our commitment to making a positive impact and supporting community well-being • Travel up to 25% to client sites for in-person meetings

🎯 Requirements

• BA/ BS Degree or equivalent • 5 years or more in a client-facing role (e.g. account management, client management) • Working knowledge in healthcare, specifically with health insurance plans (Medicaid, Medicare, SNP)
