📋 Description

• Own design for defined product areas, including the merchant-facing platform and parts of the consumer experience, from problem framing and user flows to final UI and implementation • Pick up design needs across the business, including web and campaign pages and visual assets for internal and external use • Explore several design directions before converging, present them to non-design stakeholders, and drive decisions to closure • Design within the design system and contribute to component standards and consistency • Run lightweight usability testing and use product and funnel data to improve live flows • Design clear and compliant consumer-credit flows involving disclosures, consent and application steps • Deliver clean, well-structured handoff and stay involved with developers through implementation and QA • Work closely with product, commercial and engineering teams • Own specific product areas end-to-end from problem understanding through shipped UI

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years designing shipped web and mobile products; fintech, e-commerce or B2B SaaS a plus • Portfolio with 2–3 case studies showing problem, alternatives explored, decision, and outcome • Strong Figma skills, including components, variants and auto-layout • Experience working inside an existing design system • Clear, confident written and spoken English • Comfortable presenting and defending design choices • Based in the EU with CET working-hours overlap • Experience designing regulated or multi-step flows, such as onboarding, applications, payments or identity verification (nice to have) • Experience designing for both consumers and business users (nice to have) • Basic prototyping in code or motion design (nice to have)
