📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end process investigations using interviews, documentation, and metrics to formulate hypotheses and perform root cause analyses • Map business rules, exceptions, controls, roles, responsibilities, approval limits, and interfaces • Redesign processes and viable operating models • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and gaps in processes, data, systems, and governance • Facilitate workshops and collaborative working sessions with business areas and specialist teams • Support the prioritization and implementation of improvements • Define metrics and mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of changes • Translate business problems into clear recommendations • Produce well-founded executive materials for leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and optimizing complex, cross-functional processes in loosely structured environments • Experience with root cause analysis, mapping controls and exceptions, and interpreting databases and metrics • Track record of integrated work with Business, Data, or Technology areas • Proficiency in BPMN, Lean, Design Thinking, or discovery methods • Experience with tools such as Miro and Jira • Experience in projects that integrate processes, data, controls, and systems • Experience in insurance, healthcare operators (including the Unimed ecosystem), or other highly regulated, complex sectors • Prior involvement in operational efficiency, risk management, or governance improvement initiatives • Ability to quickly learn new contexts, connect information from diverse sources, and work with high autonomy • Ability to lead sensitive discussions, engage cross-functional stakeholders, and substantiate conclusions with solid evidence
