📋 Description
• Primary role of the CRM and Samples Coordinator is responsible for driving governance in customer data and HCP universe management. • Responsible to ensure that the Field colleagues have the required support to efficiently utilized the CRM tools in their daily interactions with the HCPs. • Drive the process to ensure complaint sample distribution and utilization by the field colleagues. • Ensure that all the customer facing colleagues in the assigned geographies are equipped with the required training and skills to use their tools and to comply with sample policy.
🎯 Requirements
• Sales and marketing experience - 5 years / Required • Pharmaceutical experience - 3 years / Preferred • Proven understanding of field force deployment processes 3 years / Required • Project management skill 3 years / Preferred • Deep understanding of Field based technology 3 years/ Required
