• Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic growth opportunities in the U.S. pharmaceutical market • Source and negotiate deals, including in-licensing, co-development, and product acquisitions • Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, regulatory developments, and pricing pressures • Collaborate with Commercial leadership teams • Manage the deal process from NDA to term sheet to definitive agreement • Provide regular updates on U.S. pipeline activity and partner relationships
• Master’s degree preferred • 10+ years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, or portfolio management within the U.S. pharmaceutical industry • Deep knowledge of the U.S. generics and complex generics market • Proven success in deal execution, commercial assessment, and stakeholder management • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain • Strong financial and strategic acumen • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
