• Develop and execute Vicimus' enterprise sales strategy. • Build and maintain a strategic target list of major dealer groups. • Prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential and strategic value. • Develop multi-year account plans for top enterprise customers. • Identify expansion opportunities across existing accounts. • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise opportunities: Prospect and engage executive decision-makers, conduct executive discovery meetings, develop customized business cases, coordinate product demonstrations, build executive presentations, lead contract negotiations, and close enterprise software and consulting agreements. • Develop trusted advisor relationships with Dealer Principals, CEOs, Presidents, COOs, CIOs, Chief Marketing Officers, General Managers, Fixed Operations Executives, and Corporate Leadership Teams. • Become the executive face of Vicimus for strategic dealer groups. • Consultative Selling - Understand each dealer group's growth objectives, customer experience strategy, digital retail initiatives, BDC performance, marketing effectiveness, operational challenges, and technology ecosystem, and develop tailored solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. • Responsible for enterprise ARR growth, new logo acquisition, existing customer expansion, multi-year contract renewals, cross-selling consulting services, upselling additional Vicimus products, and increasing enterprise account profitability. • Partner closely with cross-functional leadership teams to ensure enterprise customers receive an exceptional experience from sales through implementation and long-term account management.
• 10+ years of enterprise software or automotive technology sales experience. • Proven success selling to large dealer groups. • Existing executive relationships within the automotive retail industry. • Demonstrated success closing complex seven-figure enterprise agreements. • Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles. • Strong executive presentation and communication skills. • High level of commercial and financial acumen. • Experience selling automotive SaaS solutions (preferred). • Deep understanding of dealership operations (preferred). • Knowledge of CRM, DMS, BDC, marketing, and customer engagement platforms (preferred). • Experience working with public automotive retailers and large private dealer groups (preferred). • MBA or equivalent executive business experience (preferred).
