📋 Description

• Learn about Victaulic’s products and solutions for customers. • Overcome objections in the field related to traditional methods of joining pipe. • Develop a business plan with your Regional Sales Manager. • Maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners. • Educate customers about the value of Victaulic products. • Lead inside sales team and other support staff to meet customer requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous sales experience selling “value added” products/services; preferably related to the commercial construction industry, PVF industry (pipes, valves, fittings) or mechanical products. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to develop and nurture long-standing relationships. • Self-motivated and self-driven to achieve success. • Strong organization and time management skills.
