📋 Description

• Conduct short structured interviews and info sessions with prospective candidates. • Take accurate notes and complete required documentation promptly. • Follow scripts and internal processes to ensure fairness and consistency. • Manage scheduling and weekly task flow to keep everything moving on time. • Flag unusual situations or edge cases for hiring leads. • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth candidate handoffs.

• Clear, warm communicator who can make candidates feel comfortable and valued. • Highly organized and detail oriented. You catch small mistakes and keep things on track. • Reliable and dependable. You follow through without needing reminders. • Good judgment. You know when to escalate or ask for a second opinion. • Calm under pressure and adaptable to fast-paced environments. • Availability to work 30–40 hours per week. • U.S. work authorization required. • **Nice to Have:** • Experience in recruiting, customer success, or other people-facing roles. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. • Comfort working in fast-paced or startup settings.
