• Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills. • Proven experience in technical recruiting, specifically hiring software engineers for international projects. • Strong existing network and relationships within the Brazilian and Portuguese software engineering communities. • Demonstrated ability to self-manage, take ownership of responsibilities, and work collaboratively. • Driven by delivering high-quality and professional results. • Ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly and efficiently.
