• Responsible for leading the sales efforts for Middleby Residential brands in assigned region • Drive brand awareness, channel revenue, profitability, and growth targets • Active management of dealer channels and relationships • Travel onsite to visit, train and manage accounts • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure corporate sales strategies • Analyze market trends and communicate them to leadership
• Bachelor’s degree or higher • Minimum 5 years sales management experience • Account management, strategic planning, and business development experience desired • Previous experience in a customer-facing role • Experience setting and managing sales targets and forecasts • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
