📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to use AI to convert new customers through conversational experiences via WhatsApp, automation, insights, and journey personalization • Work with data to make decisions, validate hypotheses, and measure the impact of AI-powered solutions • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to create user-centered experiences that are technically feasible and innovative • Ensure AI solutions adhere to principles of ethics, security, and regulatory compliance • Identify problems and propose business solutions using AI • Communicate objectives, learnings, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Foster a culture of learning and experimentation within the product team • Drive the evolution of Ian, Asaas’s AI agent, connecting technology, product, and business strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with chatbots, AI agents, or conversational integrations, such as WhatsApp and APIs • Strong experience as a Product Manager for digital products, preferably in fintech or financial services • Experience with AI-based products or solutions, particularly in automation, customer service, or personalization • Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, or predictive models applied to business • Knowledge of product metrics and the ability to work with data • Familiarity with SQL is a plus • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical complexity into business value • Experience working in cross-functional squads and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design • Interest in and autonomy to study trends and practical applications of AI in the financial services market • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is a plus • Certifications or courses in AI, Product Management, or Data Science are a plus • Experience with products regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil is a plus • Previous experience in fintechs or SaaS companies providing financial services is a plus • Experience with generative AI tools and platforms, such as APIs, Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Vertex AI, is a plus • Experience with AI solutions for revenue generation or supporting Sales and Marketing teams is a plus
