📋 Description

• Lead the full life cycle of data products from ideation through deployment and optimization • Manage the complete data lifecycle, from data generation through pipelines to data enablement • Understand data architecture and infrastructure, including storage, integrations, and analytics platforms • Collaborate with technical and business teams to define data product roadmaps and priorities • Balance competing stakeholder demands based on business value • Analyze data types, relationships, patterns, and trends through data profiling • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to document clear, specific, and achievable data requirements • Understand business workflows, sources, entities, and attributes • Validate data products against real user use cases using data and metrics • Monitor product performance through metrics and KPIs and drive continuous improvement • Support incorporation of AI into team workflows to accelerate delivery and decision-making • Lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, data developers, and analytics specialists • Mentor, train, retain, and develop data talent and create growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above), spoken and written • Solid, hands-on background in data and analytics environments, with genuine technical depth • Experience managing data-related projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication • Strong strategic thinking and product mindset • Experience with value-based prioritization and risk management • Proven experience leading and developing technical teams • Experience working within data platform environments hosted on Azure Cloud Services • Exposure to modern data transformation and warehousing tooling such as DBT and Snowflake • Experience using project management tools to plan, track, and communicate delivery status • Prior experience working with international clients across different time zones (nice to have) • Background transitioning from product management, project management, or technical team leadership into data product roles (nice to have) • Experience with data governance practices (nice to have) • Experience with additional cloud platform providers such as AWS or GCP (nice to have)
