📋 Description

• Qualify, approach, and close sales for leads originating from partnership channels • Act consultatively, understanding the client's business and pain points to propose the best Asaas solution • Negotiate plans, integrations, and commercial terms in a personalized manner, while respecting area guidelines and policies • Manage the opportunity pipeline, tracking each stage of the funnel from origin (via partner) through conversion and onboarding • Work in synergy with Partnership Executives (Integration, Distribution, Startups) to provide continuous feedback on lead quality and performance • Monitor conversion metrics, CAC, and partner-driven revenue, generating insights to optimize processes • Represent Asaas in meetings with partners and strategic prospects, demonstrating technical knowledge and business acumen • Contribute to the continuous improvement of scripts, playbooks, and contact cadences, in collaboration with Channel Marketing and Partner Enablement

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Inside Sales, Closer, Pre-sales, or B2B Business Development • Experience with consultative sales funnels and conversion targets (B2B, SaaS, fintechs, or technology) • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills in scenarios involving multiple stakeholders • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and funnel methodologies (SPIN, BANT) • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on clarity and empathy • Analytical mindset, goal-oriented, and a strong sense of urgency
