📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to apply AI to help convert new customers through conversational experiences on WhatsApp, automations, insights, and journey personalization • Work with data to make decisions, validate hypotheses, and measure the impact of AI-based solutions • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to create user-centered, technically feasible, and innovative experiences • Ensure AI solutions follow principles of ethics, security, and regulatory compliance • Discover problems and propose business solutions using AI • Communicate objectives, learnings, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Foster a culture of learning and experimentation within the product team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with chatbots, AI agents, or conversational integrations (WhatsApp, APIs, etc.) • Proven experience as a Product Manager for digital products, preferably in fintechs or financial services • Experience with AI-based products or solutions for automation, customer service, or personalization • Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, or predictive models applied to business • Knowledge of product metrics and ability to work with data; familiarity with SQL is desirable • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical complexity into business value • Experience working in cross-functional squads with product, engineering, and design • Interest and autonomy to research trends and practical AI applications in the financial market • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields is a plus • Certifications or courses in AI, Product Management, or Data Science are a plus • Experience with products regulated by the Central Bank is a plus • Previous experience in fintechs or financial-services SaaS companies is a plus • Experience with generative AI platforms (APIs, Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, etc.) is a plus • Experience with AI solutions for revenue generation or support for commercial and marketing teams is a plus
