📋 Description

• Act as a strategic link between Risk and Credit Recovery and other business areas connected to the business, ensuring synergy between actions; • Structure, monitor and present credit performance indicators, with a focus on portfolio expansion; • Track market trends and opportunities; • Identify improvements to credit policies and guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Mathematics, Economics or related fields; • Postgraduate degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Credit and Collections, Economics or related areas; • Experience in the financial market (fintechs, payments industry and other financial institutions); • Experience with receivables anticipation/receivables financing and credit cards; • Professional experience with BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Excel, among others); • Experience with credit metrics and KPIs; • Knowledge of SQL and Python.
