📋 Description

• Integrate cyber crisis management into incident response processes • Develop, maintain, and test business continuity plans (BCPs) and disaster recovery plans (DRPs) • Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), mapping critical processes, dependencies, and RTO, RPO, and MTD • Plan, coordinate, and conduct tabletop exercises, failover/DR tests, and cyber crisis simulations • Support coordination among technical, executive, legal, and communications teams during high-impact incidents • Integrate security incident response with business continuity plans • Assess the resilience of critical architectures, including redundancy, high availability, backup, and failover • Manage resilience risks involving critical vendors and service providers, including cloud providers, contracts, and SLAs • Develop, review, and maintain policies, standards, playbooks, and procedures for continuity, recovery, and cyber resilience • Support internal and external audits and regulatory assessments by preparing evidence and action plans • Produce technical and management reports on resilience posture, testing, gaps, and improvements • Collaborate with the SOC, CSIRT, Red Team, and other security teams to define threat scenarios • Interpret Bacen regulations, PCI-DSS, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001, translating requirements into controls and plans • Monitor trends, industry incidents, and best practices, proposing continuous improvements • Guide and train internal teams on resilience, contingency planning, and crisis procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, or operational resilience, ideally applied to information security • Analytical and organized profile, with a systemic perspective for correlating dependencies among business processes, technology, and vendors • Strong sense of prioritization and the ability to act clearly and objectively under pressure, especially during crisis events • Solid understanding of ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, ISO 27035, and NIST SP 800-61 • Knowledge of Central Bank of Brazil regulations applicable to payment institutions and other authorized institutions, including BCB Resolution No. 85/2021, BCB Resolution No. 538/2025, and CMN Resolution No. 5,274/2025 • Experience conducting BIAs and simulation exercises, including tabletop exercises, DR tests, and crisis simulations • Experience managing security incidents and coordinating with SOC/CSIRT teams • Effective communication skills for engaging with technical, executive, and regulatory stakeholders • Preferred: experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or highly regulated environments • Preferred: CBCI, CBCP/MBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISM, or CRISC certifications • Preferred: experience with BCM tools and mass notification/crisis orchestration platforms • Preferred: knowledge of Cloud Security and AWS, Azure, or GCP • Preferred: experience with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2 audits and Bacen regulations • Preferred: knowledge of Python or PowerShell applied to resilience testing or automation • 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday • CLT employment contract
