📋 Description

• Provide technical support for building Fixed Income product workflows and their operationalization and integration with financial market infrastructures • Structure operational processes and controls for Fixed Income products, primarily CDBs, RDBs, LFs, and government bonds • Register, control, and monitor the settlement of Fixed Income instruments with the B3-Cetip, Selic, and Nuclea registries and clearinghouses • Ensure the daily calculation of accruals (interest recognition) for assets and liabilities • Ensure that internal systems accurately reflect the agreed terms and conditions • Structure and perform reconciliations among internal systems, counterparties, and clearinghouse statements, resolving discrepancies • Ensure compliance with Central Bank/CMN regulations, National Treasury rules, and clearinghouse manuals, mitigating operational risks • Collaborate with the Trading Desk, ALM, Compliance, and Accounting teams to ensure efficient information flows and Fixed Income processes • Prepare regular reports on the Fixed Income portfolio, including performance, risk, and compliance analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • Solid experience in Treasury Back Office operations at banks or SCFIs • Strong knowledge of financial market infrastructure and hands-on experience with the B3-Cetip, Selic, and Nuclea registration and settlement chambers • Experience with the Fixed Income settlement and custody cycle, including government and private-sector bonds, as well as funding instruments such as CDBs, RDBs, and LFs • Experience with Treasury Back Office system implementation, migration, or user acceptance testing projects • Knowledge and active use of AI for process automation • PQO certification in Operations or Back Office is a plus • ANBIMA certifications are a plus • Knowledge of reserve pilot routines is a plus • Hands-on knowledge of N8N or similar ETL/iPaaS tools, and experience querying databases through Databricks or Metabase, are a plus • Previous experience or direct involvement in implementation/UAT projects for the Matera ERP/Core Banking platform is a plus • Availability to work 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday • Employment under Brazil’s CLT labor regime
