📋 Description

• Overall leadership of the Business Unit including responsibility for sales, budget and results. • Define and implement growth and sales strategy for the area of responsibility. • Identify new market opportunities, win new customers and expand existing customer relationships. • Ensure economical and contract-compliant execution of complex industrial projects. • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership of the team and drive targeted development of employees. • Expand our regional network in industry and infrastructure. • Close coordination with other Business Units within the Actemium organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable technical qualification (e.g. master craftsman or certified technician) • Several years of experience in industrial project business, ideally in E-MSR or energy technology • Experience leading teams and managing complex organizational units • Experience in project acquisition and building long-term customer relationships • Commercial understanding of budget, results and project control • Good knowledge of industrial customer structures and project-based business • Strong communication skills, decisive and entrepreneurial mindset.
