📋 Description

• Planning and management of digitalization projects for district, city and municipal administrations together with your project team • Analysis and optimization of processes related to our financial software and adjacent specialist departments • Training and onboarding of users in new projects and for existing customers • Project control including cost control, resource planning, risk management and stakeholder management • Ensuring project success in time, in budget and in scope • Supporting sales with cost estimation and scoping of proposals as well as with further development of our customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree, e.g. in economics, business administration or a comparable qualification • Initial professional experience in project management • Experience leading project teams of 2–10 people on projects lasting several months • Willingness to travel regionally in northern and eastern Germany (approx. 1 day/week) • Desirable: basic knowledge of accounting and experience in the municipal sector • Strong communication skills • Commercial/business-oriented thinking • Proactive working style • Very good German skills (at least C1)
