📋 Description

• Planning and managing digitalization projects for district, city and municipal administrations together with your project team • Analyzing and optimizing processes related to our financial software and the adjacent specialist departments • Training and implementing users in new projects and for existing customers • Project control including cost monitoring, resource planning, risk management and stakeholder management • Ensuring project success on time, within budget and within scope • Supporting the sales team with proposal costing and scoping, as well as with further development of our customers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree, e.g., in economics, business administration or a comparable qualification • Initial professional experience in project management and experience leading project teams of 2–10 people on projects lasting several months • Willingness to travel regionally in northern and eastern Germany (approx. 1 day/week) • Desirable: basic knowledge of accounting and experience in the municipal sector • Strong communication skills, commercial mindset, proactive working style • Very good German language skills (at least C1)
