📋 Description

• Planning and management of digitalization projects for district, city and municipal administrations • Analyzing and optimizing processes related to our financial software and the associated specialist departments • Training and onboarding of users in new projects and for existing clients • Project oversight including cost control, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder management • Ensuring project success: on time, within budget, and within scope • Supporting sales with bid calculations and scoping, as well as ongoing customer development

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree, e.g., in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification • Initial professional experience in project management, including leading project teams of 2–10 people on multi-month projects • Willingness to travel regionally in northern and eastern Germany (approx. 1 day/week) • Desirable: initial knowledge of accounting and experience in the municipal/local government sector • Strong communication skills, commercial/business-oriented mindset, and a proactive work style • Very good German language skills (min. C1)
