📋 Description

• Planning and managing digitalization projects for district, city and municipal administrations in collaboration with your project team • Analyzing and optimizing processes related to our financial software and adjacent business units • Training and onboarding users in new projects and for existing customers • Project management, including cost control, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder management • Ensuring project success on time, on budget, and within scope • Supporting sales with costing and defining the scope of proposals, as well as with the further development of our customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree, e.g., in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification • Initial professional experience in project management and experience leading project teams of 2–10 people on projects lasting several months • Willingness to travel regionally in northern and eastern Germany (approx. 1 day/week) • Desirable: basic knowledge of accounting and experience in the municipal sector • Strong communication skills, commercial/business-oriented thinking, and a proactive working style • Excellent German language skills (at least C1)
