📋 Description

• Planning and management of digitization projects for district, city and municipal administrations together with your project team • Analysis and optimization of processes related to our financial software and adjacent specialist departments • Training and onboarding of users in new projects and for existing customers • Project control including cost monitoring, resource planning, risk management, stakeholder management • Ensuring project success in time, in budget and in scope • Supporting sales with offer calculation and scoping as well as with the further development of our customers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree, e.g. in economics, business administration or comparable qualification • Initial professional experience in project management and experience in leading project teams of 2–10 people and projects lasting several months • Willingness to travel regionally in northern and eastern Germany (approx. 1 day/week) • Desirable: basic knowledge of accounting and experience in the municipal/public sector • Strong communication skills, commercial thinking, proactive working style • Very good German skills (at least C1).
