📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for implementing software solutions for financial accounting and related processes at public-sector administrations and churches • Ensuring project objectives are achieved in terms of quality, timelines, and budget • Coordinating stakeholders at all levels • Organizing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and acceptance testing • Working closely with customers, internal project teams, and external service providers • Ensuring project documentation is complete and regularly reporting on project progress • Managing requirements and conducting risk analyses, as well as defining appropriate measures • Starting as a Consultant with comprehensive onboarding in software solutions and project methodologies • Gradually preparing to assume project management responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, or public administration; ideally with a focus on financial accounting • Initial experience managing IT or software projects • Industry experience in local government is an advantage • Knowledge of financial accounting and local government budgeting processes is an advantage • Knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods • Certification such as PRINCE2 or Scrum Master is an advantage • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work • Empathy when working with diverse stakeholders • Willingness to travel within North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, and Saarland • Fluent German skills at a professional negotiation level
