📋 Description

• Organize, plan, prepare and execute projects in the areas of thermal, refrigeration and structural fire protection, as well as related trades • Take responsibility for project management and lead project and site teams • Provide technical consulting to our clients in the process industry and building services • Take measurements and prepare documentation • Cost estimation and preparation of quotations and change orders • Prepare bills of quantities and planning documents • Ensure compliance with all technical, scheduling and economic objectives • Negotiate, award and coordinate materials and subcontractor services • Project tracking and project controlling

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or technical business administration (alternatively qualified technician or master craftsman) • Experience in project management of construction-related projects, including project controlling, desirable • Experience in technical sales and commercial knowledge are an advantage • Strong cost awareness and quality orientation combined with a high level of safety awareness • Confident demeanor with strong communication and negotiation skills in client contact • Independent, reliable work style and the ability to solve problems in cooperation with our internal service departments • Personable and open-minded individual with a strong team spirit
