📋 Description

• Design, implementation and continuous development of the ESG strategy in close cooperation with executive management • Support for operational business units in identifying and implementing sustainability and ESG projects • Analysis and implementation of group-wide requirements for reporting obligations related to sustainability activities • Participation in the planning, preparation and coordination of audits • Support for operational business units in meeting reporting and documentation obligations • Conducting life cycle assessments, carbon footprint calculations and KPI development • Promoting employee awareness through targeted measures and incentives

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree with a focus on sustainability/Sustainability or ESG management, or a comparable qualification • Practical experience in sustainability management according to ISO 14001, ISO 50001 or EMAS • Proactive approach to onboarding new projects and committed implementation of resulting measures • Pragmatic, analytical and results-oriented way of working • Passion for sustainability, confident presence, strong communication skills and interest in working in intercultural teams • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, fluent German and very good English skills
