âą Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Loan Servicing, Customer Onboarding, and Customer Experience teams âą Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and execute recruiting plans âą Source, engage, and assess talent through various channels âą Build and maintain talent pipelines âą Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process âą Support a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding âą Coordinate interviews and collaborate with cross-functional partners âą Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data
đŻ Requirements
âą 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience âą Experience recruiting customer-facing teams in call center, customer service, sales, collections, loan servicing, or related fields âą Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills âą Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and sourcing tools âą Comfort with balancing multiple priorities in a remote setting âą Ability to leverage recruiting metrics to inform sourcing strategies âą Passion for delivering a high-quality candidate experience
