• Collaborate with Account Managers to analyse account portfolios, identifying whitespace opportunities, renewal risks, and up-sell/cross-sell targets for our cybersecurity solutions. • Extract, clean, and format target lists and contact data from our CRM databases to ensure accurate and effective outreach for sales campaigns. • Respond promptly to reporting requirements from Account Managers and sales leadership, creating customised reports to track pipeline health, engagement metrics, and sales performance. • Oversee and manage the automated billing processes and recurring software licenses, ensuring all scheduled invoices are generated accurately. • Administer manual billing processes for bespoke recurring licensing contracts, ensuring strict compliance with negotiated contract terms. • Maintain rigorous data hygiene within the CRM, ensuring all account details, billing contacts, and opportunity records are up-to-date and accurate.
• 2+ years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, order management, or a similar administrative role, preferably within the software, SaaS, or cybersecurity industry. • Strong experience with Salesforce and Google Workspace applications. • Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, data manipulation). • Exceptional attention to detail, specifically regarding data entry, contract review, and billing data processing. • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with Account Managers, the Finance department, and occasionally external clients regarding billing inquiries.
