• Own the HRIS vision, roadmap, and governance, ensuring alignment with Virta’s business and People strategy across the employee lifecycle. • Serve as the internal project lead for Workday, overseeing end-to-end implementation, including system design, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support - followed by ongoing optimization. • Lead post-implementation management of Workday, including system maintenance, new module rollouts, process enhancements, and reporting improvements. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in HR, Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure seamless system integrations, compliance, and data integrity. • Oversee vendor management, project milestones, and resourcing for HR technology initiatives. • Build and mentor an HRIS function that supports scalable, data-driven People operations.
• 7–10+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years leading system implementations or HR tech programs. • Proven success in Workday implementation and configuration (core HCM and Payroll required; additional modules a plus). • Experience developing HR technology strategy and governance in scaling organizations. • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills. • Passion for using technology to enable great employee experiences and operational excellence.
