📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy a secure, multi-tenant intelligence architecture from scratch • Own foundational data pipelines through final LLM integrations • Review design documentation, identify technical blind spots, and shape the long-term technology roadmap • Challenge existing designs to ensure safe and scalable approaches • Connect disparate client systems including CRMs, ad platform APIs, web analytics, and manual spreadsheets • Transform unstructured information into clean, usable data models • Normalise data inputs before applying advanced AI workflows • Build production-ready workflows using Anthropic Claude within Microsoft 365 and Asana • Ensure AI outputs are accurate, context-aware, and traceable to exact sources • Develop human-approval interfaces and processes for AI-generated outputs • Engineer strict access controls to separate client data • Maintain read-only system access and minimise personally identifiable information • Ensure data governance, auditability, and traceability are foundational requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on experience in Data Engineering, including ETL/ELT, managing APIs, extracting data from CRMs, and cleaning unstructured data • Proven track record in Systems Architecture, specifically designing isolated, multi-tenant databases with strict security and governance protocols • Real-world, production-level experience building and deploying LLM applications such as Claude, OpenAI, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows • Deep understanding of data privacy laws, PII minimisation, and auditable data practices • Ability to confidently transition between high-level architectural strategy and hands-on coding on a daily basis • Experience building and integrating within the Microsoft 365 and Asana ecosystems • Prior exposure to marketing technology, ad network APIs including Google and Meta, or sales CRMs • Familiarity with building strict human-in-the-loop approval interfaces and user experiences for AI outputs
