📋 Description

• Receive and prioritize incoming service requests and dispatch field personnel accordingly • Monitor and track the status of jobs throughout the workday to ensure timely completion • Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts • Use routing software and other tools to optimize technician schedules and travel times • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and job statuses in the relevant systems • Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to improve dispatch processes and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the Home Services or Trades industry • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficiency with dispatch software, routing tools, and CRM systems • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations • Reliable and detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
