🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5–10 years of experience in recruitment. • Specialization: Proven experience recruiting within the **defense sector**, particularly in software, robotics, or autonomous engineering. • Sales Ability: Strong sales abilities and comfort with a **"cold desk" approach** and independence in client meetings. • Process Management: Adeptness at managing a complex process, specifically the **50-stage executive search process**, and maintaining CRM records. • Mindset: A high degree of **resilience** to handle rejections in a competitive UK market , **self-discipline**, and a **"self-starter mentality"**. • Technical Comfort: Experience with the new, AI-driven CRM, Tencentis, is not expected, but candidates must be willing to undergo comprehensive training as they are early adopters in the UK.
