🎯 Requirements
• Recruitment experience (prior recruitment or staffing experience) • Experience or interest in combining business development with talent solutions • Confident engaging with clients and presenting solutions • Ability to build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and generate leads • Experience conducting discovery calls and client meetings • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills • Ability to collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records • Energetic, dynamic, coachable, and results-driven
