📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for the Control Center platform • Contribute to authentication, authorization, audit logging, and other security-related platform services • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design activities • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining high availability and reliability • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices • Improve application performance, observability, security, and developer experience • Support CI/CD processes and promote automation across the software development lifecycle • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical estimations • Monitor and improve system health, reliability, and scalability • Document technical solutions and share knowledge with team members

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil • Proficiency in English at B2 level or above (Upper-Intermediate) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, or 2+ years of experience in software development • Experience with Golang and/or React • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices • Experience working with Agile development methodologies • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Familiarity with observability tools, monitoring, and logging solutions such as Grafana • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, Aurora, Cockroach, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and distributed systems concepts • Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC tools • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows • Understanding of AWS services such as SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge • Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SSO • Understanding of microservices and micro frontend architectures • Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting backend services and/or web applications in production environments • Experience supporting and troubleshooting production systems • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
