• Execute core TA initiatives by applying comprehensive project management fundamentals • Design and seamlessly implement tailored TA programs • Partner strategically with TA Leadership to build hiring manager upskilling programs • Lead cross-functional compliance frameworks related to GDPR • Collaborate proactively with DEI & Employee Experience team • Drive accountability by enforcing hiring manager SLAs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in a project management, recruiting operations, or talent-related role. • Advanced proficiency in project management governance • Practical proficiency in solving moderately complex problems • Solid foundational understanding of structured change management methodologies • Demonstrated ability to lead without authority
