📋 Description

• Responsibility for strategic development related to the connection and integration of practice management systems and the telematics infrastructure • Understanding of telemedicine care concepts as well as the PVS market and the TI • Support product features from idea and conception through development to a successful go-live • Manage and prioritize the relevant product backlog • Responsible for the integration and further development of TI components (e.g., ePA (electronic patient record), eRezept (e-prescription), KIM, eAU (electronic sick note)) • Close collaboration with development teams, UX/UI, sales and project managers • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security-related and data protection requirements • Analyze user needs and translate them into concrete requirements • Responsible for planning and executing releases and coordinating with stakeholders • Define and review KPIs for measuring success • Support certification and approval processes • Assist with communication with external partners, service providers and customers • Support sales activities in the market and accompany meetings with product expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Medical Informatics, Health Management or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role with PVS and TI focus • Solid knowledge of the telematics infrastructure and relevant standards and interfaces (e.g., HL7, FHIR) • Good understanding of practice management systems and workflows in medical practices • Familiarity with agile methods such as SCRUM or Kanban • Strong communication and moderation skills • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style • Experience handling regulatory requirements in healthcare • High level of responsibility when working with sensitive health data • Ability to present and communicate complex issues in a clear way • Very good German and English skills
