📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives. • Identify and evaluate new market segments, product opportunities, and geographic expansion strategies. • Set annual sales goals, budgets, and performance targets, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners. • Oversee key account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. • Negotiate major contracts and pricing agreements with customers. • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new technologies in chemical manufacturing. • Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and operations teams to ensure product offerings meet market needs. • Monitor sales performance through KPIs, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy. • Prepare regular reports for executive leadership on sales metrics, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. • 2+ years of sales experience in the chemical manufacturing industry
