• Develop media strategy and planning together with the internal team; • Responsible for campaign execution using media tools/platforms, monitoring KPIs daily and recommending necessary optimizations; • Manage the budget, tracking planned vs. actual and coordinating payments and supplier controls with the team; • Identify trends, patterns and opportunities in collected data to guide strategic marketing decisions and KPIs such as CAC; • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new approaches and strategies based on derived insights; • Lead experimentation initiatives and A/B testing, managing the full process and integrating all involved areas; • Monitor campaign results across business units and with key stakeholders; • Propose improvements and identify opportunities in AdTech and MarTech for different company segments; • Build analyses and reports for presentation to different hierarchical levels; • Work effectively with AI tools to gain scale and agility; • Familiarity with attribution models (MMM).
• Solid experience managing and operating performance media strategies; • Knowledge of analytics platforms GA360 and GA4; • Experience with DV360, Google Ads, SA360, Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, affiliate networks, etc.; • Advanced Excel skills for analyses, reporting and control spreadsheets; • Ability to prepare presentations in PowerPoint; • Basic understanding of cloud structures related to media; • Basic knowledge of tagging ecosystems and dataLayer; • Ease in building relationships and working across different teams and stakeholders; • Desirable: experience with automation and creating media operation routines using AI.
