📋 Description

• Lead medium- and high-complexity corporate projects, ensuring planning, tracking, and execution of deliverables. • Define requirements, map processes, and design solutions in collaboration with business, operations, and technology teams. • Lead executive meetings, strategic presentations, and reports for senior leadership. • Organize and monitor projects using Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools. • Identify opportunities for automation, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement. • Ensure portfolio updates, governance, and visibility. • Manage risks, dependencies, and alignment among involved areas. • Support decision-making through data-driven analyses. • Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring prioritization and predictability of deliveries. • Build dashboards, KPIs, and management reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading corporate projects • Experience delivering executive-level presentations with storytelling • Experience creating reports using Power BI or similar tools • Experience with data analysis using Excel and SQL • Experience organizing projects using Azure DevOps or similar tools • Knowledge of MS Project or similar tools • Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, XP), and Lean • Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and similar platforms • Degree or coursework in Administration, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or related fields is a plus • Project management certifications or courses (PMO, agile or traditional methods) are desirable • Must reside in São Paulo (city)
