📋 Description

• Perform functional analysis of solutions related to the issuance of electronic tax documents, with a focus on NFCOM • Gather, detail, and document business requirements with user departments and stakeholders • Analyze and investigate incidents and enhancement requests, identifying root causes and proposing solutions • Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria using the BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) methodology • Support development and testing teams in understanding business rules and functional requirements • Ensure solutions comply with current legislation and tax obligations

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of the electronic invoicing process, preferably NFCOM • Experience in functional analysis and requirements gathering • Knowledge of relational databases and the ability to write SQL queries • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications using BDD • Analytical skills for interpreting complex business rules and solving problems • Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with technical and business teams • Preferred: experience in the telecommunications industry • Preferred: knowledge of integrations between billing, taxation, and tax document issuance systems • Preferred: experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Preferred: knowledge of electronic tax processes and tax legislation applicable to the industry • Resilient and comfortable managing change • Ownership mindset • Organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Communicative, with the ability to interact with different departments and levels of seniority and to present well-reasoned arguments when making decisions
